There is no emission standard for enterprise production, and the Environmental Protection Bureau requires zero emissions. The investment in environmental protection equipment is large, and the operation and maintenance costs are high
Next, we bring you a zero discharge system for 3 tons of surface cleaning wastewater per hour
The surface cleaning wastewater has the characteristics of complex composition, coexistence of strong acid and alkali, metal ions, organic matter, and large water quality fluctuations. The system designed by our company adopts a quality separation method to treat high concentration chromium containing wastewater in a single line, and the remaining wastewater is treated by demulsification+physicochemical precipitation+pH The pre-treatment method of regulation is used to degreasing and degreasing the wastewater, and then the supernatant is subjected to coarse filtration through a multi-media filter to reduce the burden on the ultrafiltration membrane device. After coarse filtration, it enters the ultrafiltration device to intercept large molecular organic matter and suspended solids, thereby ensuring the inlet water index of the reverse osmosis membrane. The reverse osmosis system adopts a short process, large flow, multi-stage technology to concentrate the majority of ions in the water and separate the water, thus achieving a stable technical index of 90% recovery rate of the wastewater. The produced water is reused as a source of tap water for the pure water equipment in the cleaning line. The 10% concentrated liquid enters the evaporator for evaporation and concentration, and then continues to concentrate the salt. The condensed water is treated and reused, achieving a 95% recovery rate of the surface cleaning wastewater after the entire process
The high cost of directly evaporating or outsourcing the disposal of 3 tons of water per hour has been reduced to 150 liters of waste liquid per hour and 2850 liters of tap water per hour through the use of our products, truly achieving cost reduction, efficiency improvement, energy conservation and environmental protection
