1. Project Positioning
An integrated water treatment system for comprehensive energy parks integrating distributed photovoltaic, energy storage stations and self-owned thermal power plants. A single set of equipment simultaneously produces two grades of water: reclaimed reuse water and industrial pure water. It integrates full-membrane processes including ultrafiltration, first-stage RO and second-stage RO to realize cascade and graded utilization of water resources, cutting equipment investment and floor space costs.
Total Treatment Capacity: Raw water treatment capacity 100 m³/h; reclaimed water output 70 m³/h; industrial pure water output 25 m³/h.
Water Source Composition: Biochemical effluent of domestic sewage in the park + collected rainwater storage in the plant.
Water Supply Destinations: Reclaimed water for park greening, road flushing and circulating cooling tower make-up water; pure water for auxiliary cleaning of energy storage batteries and pretreatment make-up water of thermal power boilers.

Branch 2 (Pure Water Preparation Branch): UF Product Water→First-stage RO System→First-stage Pure Water Tank→Second-stage RO System→Pure Water Tank→Production Water Pipe Network
3. Core System Advantages
Cost-saving Integration: A unified ultrafiltration unit guarantees inlet water quality for both water supply branches, eliminating duplicate pretreatment equipment and greatly reducing equipment procurement costs and occupied area.
Flexible Capacity Expansion: Modular structural design. When new photovoltaic and energy storage production lines are added in the park for capacity expansion in the later stage, there is no need to build a new water treatment station; only additional membrane components and pump sets are required to boost production capacity.
