After years of efforts, it has pioneered China's independently developed patented technology of "zero discharge of electroplating wastewater", using "wastewater diversion and classification treatment";

Equipment Introduction:

1. The system is a two-stage reverse osmosis equipment, consisting of a raw water pretreatment section, a two-stage reverse osmosis host, and pure water storage.
2. Adopting a well-known reverse osmosis membrane purification device and utilizing the most advanced reverse osmosis technology internationally to prepare pure water.
3. Multi stage filtration comprehensively utilizes the effective effects of various filters to remove sediment, suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, heavy metals, soluble solids, bacteria, viruses, heat sources, and other harmful impurities from the source water, retaining only water molecules and dissolved oxygen. The pre-treatment filter material adopts a replaceable method, which can effectively ensure the pre-treatment effect, and is easy to replace. The filter material price is economical, and the operating cost of water production is low.
4. Adopting a famous brand silent high-pressure pump, it has a long service life and reliable operating quality.
5. It has high-pressure backwashing function, which can effectively extend the life of filter media and RO membrane.
6. Automatic control of water production process (shutdown due to insufficient source water, shutdown due to full storage tank water).
