Dual-purpose for Sterile Preparations & QC Laboratories (Combined Purified Water + RO+EDI Polishing Ultrapure Water Equipment)

1. Applicable Scenarios

Adapted to the production of sterile chemical pharmaceuticals, including sterile freeze-dried preparations, small-volume injection preparations and sterile ophthalmic preparations. It meets the precision testing demands of enterprise quality inspection laboratories: purified water is dedicated to sterile production batching, equipment sterile cleaning and material blending; ultrapure water is used for HPLC detection, sample dilution, standard solution preparation, precision instrument calibration and trace impurity detection. The two sets of equipment supply water independently without mutual interference.

2. Complete Technological Process

2.1. Production purified water process (Main water supply): Raw water → Multimedia filtration → Activated carbon filtration → Softening filtration → Precision security filtration → Two-stage reverse osmosis → UV sterilization → 0.22μm terminal filtration → Purified water circulating pipe network (For production)

2.2. Laboratory ultrapure water process (Branch polishing): Split flow of two-stage RO product water → EDI electrodeionization unit → 185/254nm dual-wavelength UV TOC degradation → Polishing mixed bed → Ultrafiltration terminal filtration → Closed ultrapure water storage tank (For laboratory)

3. Core Advantages

3.1. Graded water supply accurately matches different scenarios: purified water ensures production cleanliness of sterile preparations, while ultrapure water removes trace ions and ultra-low TOC to eliminate deviation in precision detection data.

3.2. Sharing the front-end pretreatment system improves equipment integration and saves floor space, greatly reducing equipment investment and operation costs compared with two independent pretreatment systems.

3.3. The ultrapure water unit is equipped with TOC degradation and polishing mixed bed modules to achieve ultra-high water purity, meeting the stringent requirements of precision physical and chemical detection and trace impurity analysis.

3.4. The dual-system fully closed circulation design avoids secondary pollution and complies with GMP management requirements for sterile pharmaceutical production.
