1. Project Overview
Suitable for lithium battery cell, electrode sheet and electronic auxiliary material factories. Integrated system includes 20 m³/h ultrapure water production and 650 m³/d production wastewater reuse, featuring compact structure, easy operation & maintenance and high cost performance.
Core Parameters: 24-hour continuous operation; water supply points cover electrode coating, cell cleaning and electrolyte preparation; raw water is conventional municipal tap water.
2. Designed Water Quality Indicators
(1) Ultrapure Water Output (25℃)
General processes: Resistivity ≥15 MΩ·cm, low particulate & low organics
Precision processes: Resistivity ≥18.1 MΩ·cm, low dissolved oxygen & low trace metal ions
(2) Reclaimed Water
Low turbidity and low salinity, directly applicable as makeup water for ultrapure water systems, circulating cooling towers and workshop floor washing.
3. Overall Process Architecture
The system consists of two independent lines (ultrapure water production system & wastewater reclamation system) with centralized automatic control.
(1) Main Line: Ultrapure Water Production
Raw Water Tank→Booster Pump→Pre-Treatment Filtration (Quartz Sand + Activated Carbon + Softener)→Dosing System→Security Filter→PVDF Ultrafiltration Unit→Double-Stage Reverse Osmosis System→EDI Desalination Unit→Nitrogen Sealed Pure Water Tank→Terminal Precision Filter→Production Water Points
(2) Branch Line: Reclaimed Water Reuse
Classified Wastewater Collection Tank (Low-Salinity Concentrated Water Tank / Production Wastewater Tank)→Equalization & Homogenization→Flocculation Sedimentation→MBR Biological Treatment→Ultrafiltration→Reuse Reverse Osmosis→Reclaimed Water Storage Tank→Park Reuse Pipeline Network
4. Core Integrated Advantages
Streamlined system without redundant processes, compact layout compatible with standard machine room civil works. One integrated system realizes both ultrapure water production and wastewater reuse, eliminating separate project approval and construction to cut total project investment.
For ultrapure water line: Front-end ultrafiltration protects reverse osmosis membranes; double-stage RO combined with EDI completes deep desalination without acid-base regeneration. Nitrogen-sealed pure water tanks and closed-loop pipelines prevent secondary pollution, with overall water recovery rate above 85%.
For reclaimed water line: Classified collection combined with flocculation sedimentation, MBR biochemical and dual-membrane purification ensures stable reusable water quality. Fully automatic full-process operation greatly reduces chemical consumption and manual maintenance costs. Internal water resource circulation drastically reduces municipal tap water intake.
