Integrated Reclaimed Water Reuse Solution for Electronic Industrial Parks

Date: 2026-07-09 Categories: electronics industry Views: 81

1. Project Overview

Large-scale electronic industrial park integrating PCB, assembly and packaging workshops with daily wastewater output of 1,200 m³.

Two types of wastewater sources: RO concentrated water from ultrapure water systems and low-concentration organic wastewater from workshop cleaning.

Reuse Target: Replace municipal tap water for pretreatment water supply, floor washing and cooling tower makeup water to reduce municipal water intake.

2. Designed Reuse Targets

Comprehensive wastewater reuse rate ≥85%

Reclaimed water quality meets standards for water treatment system raw water makeup and circulating cooling water makeup.

3. Classified Collection & Deep Reuse Process Flow

(1) Classified Wastewater Collection Tanks

RO Concentrated Water Tank (low salinity) & Comprehensive Cleaning Wastewater Tank (low ink content, trace metals). The two types of wastewater are pre-treated separately to avoid pollution of low-salinity concentrated water by high organics.

(2) Main Treatment Line

Wastewater Equalization Tank→pH Adjustment Dosing System→Flocculation Sedimentation Unit→Multi-Media Filtration→Activated Carbon Adsorption→MBR Membrane Bioreactor→Produced Water Intermediate Tank→Ultrafiltration System→Security Filter→Reuse RO System→Reclaimed Water Storage Tank→Park Reuse Pipeline Network

(3) Concentrated Water Disposal Branch

Concentrated water generated from reuse RO→Softening & Sedimentation→Simple Evaporation for Volume Reduction; a small amount of residual liquid is transported out for compliant disposal.

4. Core Advantages

Classified diversion treatment simplifies the process for low-salinity RO concentrated water and effectively cuts chemical and energy consumption costs. Front-end flocculation sedimentation removes ink suspended solids and trace heavy metals; MBR biochemical units degrade organic pollutants such as IPA and photoresist. The dual-membrane combination of ultrafiltration and reuse RO achieves deep purification for stable reusable water output.

All equipment adopts skid-mounted integrated modular structure with low civil engineering investment and short construction cycle. Equipped with sludge filter press and concentrated water evaporation volume reduction units to reduce frequency of waste liquid transportation. The system realizes closed-loop water resource circulation within the park and significantly lowers tap water procurement costs.
