1. Project Overview
Applicable Scenarios: Ultrasonic cleaning workshops for mobile phone housings, connectors and plastic electronic components; continuous water consumption of 8 m³/h for 24 hours. The production process requires extremely low concentrations of trace metal ions and particulate matter in water to prevent component oxidation and contact short circuits. No ultra-high resistivity requirement, so EDI polishing unit is not needed.

3. Process Flow

4. Core System Features
The system relies on double-stage reverse osmosis for staged desalination. The first-stage RO removes most inorganic salts, colloids and organics, while the second-stage RO deeply intercepts trace ions. Concentrated water from the second stage flows back to the first-stage raw water tank for reuse, achieving an overall water recovery rate above 82% and stable water output against raw water quality fluctuations.
UV sterilization and 0.22μm terminal filtration are installed at the tail end to continuously inhibit bacteria and intercept pipeline impurities. A closed-loop circulating water supply network is adopted: idle pure water flows back to the water tank to avoid stagnant water and microbial breeding. Nitrogen micro-sealed water tanks isolate airborne contaminants to fully guarantee clean and stable cleaning water.
