Huizhou Shanquan Water Filtration and Filling Project

1、 Project Background

A certain area in Huidong County, Huizhou has high-quality natural mountain spring water sources, but untreated mountain spring water has problems such as impurities and excessive microorganisms, making it impossible to drink directly. In order to develop water resources and drive local economy, the local government cooperates with enterprises to build a mountain spring water filtration and filling production line, with the goal of producing bottled/barreled drinking water that meets national standards.

2、 Project implementation process

Water source assessment and testing

Entrust a professional organization to conduct water quality testing on the water source to confirm compliance with the "Standards for Drinking Natural Mineral Water" (GB 8537) or the "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water" (GB 5749). The testing items include pH value, mineral content, microbial indicators (such as Escherichia coli), heavy metal content, etc.

The process flow design adopts an integrated process of "pretreatment+filtration+sterilization+filling", with the following specific steps:

Pre treatment: Remove suspended solids, colloids, residual chlorine, and odors through quartz sand filters and activated carbon filters.

Precision filtration: Hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane (pore size 0.01 μ m) or reverse osmosis membrane (RO) is used to further remove bacteria, viruses, and dissolved solids.

Ozone sterilization: Utilizing the strong oxidizing properties of ozone to kill residual microorganisms while avoiding chemical residues.

Aseptic filling: The filling is completed in a clean workshop using a fully automatic filling machine (including bottle washing, filling, and capping machines) to ensure product hygiene and safety.

Workshop layout: Divided according to the process flow, set up raw water area, filtration area, filling area, finished product area, and equipped with clean facilities such as changing rooms and air shower rooms.

3、 Capacity and Quality

Daily production: 6 tons (approximately 2000 bottles of 500ml bottled water+300 barrels of bottled water).

Annual sales: Approximately 8 million yuan (calculated at market price of 2 yuan/bottle).
