- Preprocessing unit (2 large fiberglass tanks in the picture)
Tank body: 2 large FRP fiberglass filter tanks, equipped with 8 Runxin automatic multi way valves (4 up and 4 down)
Upper tank 1: Quartz sand filter (removes sediment, colloids, suspended solids, and rust)
Upper tank 2: Activated carbon filter (adsorbs residual chlorine, organic matter, and unusual odors to protect the reverse osmosis membrane)
Lower tank: Cation softener (reduces raw water hardness and prevents membrane element scaling)
Supporting: Pre installed 5 μ m stainless steel precision security filter to intercept small particles and protect the high-pressure pump and membrane components
Pipeline: Low pressure UPVC anti-corrosion pipeline with pressure gauge, manual ball valve, automatic flushing valve - Primary reverse osmosis system (primary RO)
Membrane element: Huitong Hongsun 8040 commercial reverse osmosis membrane (high flow industrial membrane, single standard water production of 1 ton/hour)
Membrane shell: Multiple 8-inch membrane shells arranged in parallel, fixed with vertical stainless steel brackets
Power: First stage high-pressure vertical stainless steel high-pressure pump, providing reverse osmosis operating pressure
Monitoring: Each membrane shell is equipped with a flow meter and pressure gauge to monitor the membrane pressure difference and water production flow rate in real-time
Function: Remove over 98% of salt, heavy metals, bacteria, and particulate matter from water, and produce primary pure water - Secondary Reverse Osmosis System (Secondary RO)
Using 8040 reverse osmosis membrane elements and independent high-pressure pump for boosting
The incoming water is first stage RO produced water, which is purer and further desalinated. The conductivity of the produced water can be reduced to within 2 μ S/cm
Supporting concentrated water reflux pipeline to improve water recovery rate and save water resources - EDI electric desalination ultra pure water unit (core high-precision processing section)
Core component: VEOLIA E-CELL industrial EDI module (international first-line brand electric desalination stack)
Principle: No need for acid-base regeneration, continuous deep removal of residual ions in water, producing 15-18.2M Ω· cm ultrapure water
Supporting EDI booster pump, rectifier power supply, and online monitoring instrument for water production resistivity - Fully automatic electrical control system
